安徽瓜片茶葉

安徽瓜片是一種名貴的綠茶，產於安徽省歙縣、祁門縣和黟縣的黃山風景區附近。其製作工藝獨特，以手摘、手扎、手揉、手曬爲主要特點，同時要求茶葉選用嫩度適中、質地勻整的茶芽製作，每500克茶葉中必須含有直徑爲0.5~1.5釐米、長2~3釐米、微帶梗的“瓜片”25-30張。 brewed with 80℃ water for 1-2 minutes, the tea has a refreshing aroma, sweet and mellow taste, and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
